Mutual of Omaha employees now have an opportunity to make a bigger impact through their charitable giving.
The Mutual of Omaha Foundation has expanded its Employee Matching Gift Program to amplify the support that employees generously donate to a variety of organizations around the country.
Previously, the Matching Gift Program only supported donations to educational institutions. The expanded program now includes most U.S.-based nonprofit organizations.
Mutual of Omaha employees may request a match up to $1,000 annually. The Foundation will match the donations on a first-come, first-served basis until the fund’s annual limit is met.
To be eligible for matching funds, an organization must be a U.S.-based 501(c)3 organization in good standing with the Internal Revenue Service, a K-12 school or a college/university. Organizations must also adhere to the Mutual of Omaha Foundation’s non-discrimination policy.
