As a Foundation, our priority is to fund programs that clearly and directly impact issues of poverty. If your program or organization works to prevent and end the cycle of poverty for families and you are located in the Omaha/Council Bluffs metropolitan area, we encourage you to review our "What We Fund" page and consider submitting an application by one of the deadlines listed below.
If your program or organization addresses one of these critical issues and is located in the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro area, we encourage you to review our grant application limitations and procedures and apply online.
Application deadlines are November 15, February 15, May 15 and August 15. While we wish we were able to meet with organizations prior to the submission of applications, meetings cannot take place until an application is on file. Requests that meet funding criteria are reviewed at Mutual of Omaha Foundation board meetings, which are held approximately two months after each application deadline. Communication regarding decisions will be made within seven days of each board meeting.
