How to Apply for Funding

We are proud to recognize and support the significant work being done by non-profit organizations in our community. As a Foundation, our priority is to fund programs that address the following critical issues: behavioral health, youth violence, domestic abuse, early childhood education, preparedness for graduation, literacy/language, financial literacy, food and shelter.

If your program or organization addresses one of these critical issues and is located in the Omaha/Council Bluffs metro area, we encourage you to review our grant application limitations and procedures and apply online.

Application deadlines are November 15, February 15, May 15 and August 15. Requests for funding are reviewed at Mutual of Omaha Foundation board meetings, which are held approximately two months after each application deadline. Communication regarding decisions will be made within seven days of each board meeting.
